Anh Thai Construction JSC consists of architects, engineers who own a lot of experience and achievements in the field of design consultancy, supervision consultancy and construction activities such as civil, industrial and infrastructure construction… as well as young employees who are well trained and have access to the latest technology in the field of design and construction. 3. Functional Departments:
Accounting Department:
Functions and responsibilities: Manage finance and advise the Board of Directors in the financial management of the company. It is primarily responsible for collecting debts and taxes from the Management Boarrd and Investors.
General Planning Department :
Functions and responsibilities: Make short-term and long-term production plans of the company, including plans in a month, quarter, year and coming years. Chair, propose and deliver plans to each product unit. Track the progress of implementing economic contracts with customers, and in the internal company. Deliver records to customers and make handover minutes.
Production Departments:
Design consultancy department :
Functions and responsibilities: Establish construction investment projects, build civil and industrial works, technical infrastructure, urban and rural transport, industrial zones. Advise investors to determine the investment policies, investigate economic and technical operations, make investment procedures serve the project construction.
Supervision consultancy department:
Functions and responsibilites : Supervise technical operations and construction quality of civil, industrial works, and technical infrastructure in accordance with the design records and applicable regulations
Project management department:
Functions and responsibilites: Establish estimations, estimate projects, bidding documents and consult the bidding for construction works. Manage projects, make records of construction
Geological survey department:
Functions and responsibilites: Implement geological survey of construction works, experiment, provide technical specifications of soil and rock, foundation and construction materials for planning design, technical design of buildings, traffic, bridges and roads, and technical infrastructure
